**ARANDA CARES CSI INITIATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

1. **Introduction**

*. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") shall apply to the Aranda Cares CSI Initiative (hereinafter referred to as the "Initiative") conducted by Aranda Textile Mills (Pty) Ltd ("Aranda") in partnership with Independent Media (Pty) Ltd ("IOL"). The Initiative will run from May 1st, 2024, to July 12th, 2024, on the Aranda website (www.aranda.co.za).

*. By placing an order on the Aranda website during the Initiative period, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from placing an order.

2. **The Initiative**

*. For every order placed on the Aranda website (www.aranda.co.za) during the Initiative period, Aranda will donate a Savannah Blanket to Independent Media (IOL).

*. Independent Media (IOL) will arrange the distribution of the donated blankets to various charity organizations across South Africa.

*. The donated blankets will not be given to the consumer but will be delivered to Independent Media (IOL), who will ensure their distribution to charity organizations.

3. **Eligibility**

*. To be eligible to participate in this Initiative, customers must place an order on the Aranda website (www.aranda.co.za) during the Initiative period.

*. The Initiative is open to all customers who place an order on the Aranda website during the Initiative period, subject to these Terms.

4. **Donation**

*. The donation of the Savannah Blankets by Aranda is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

*. Aranda will donate one Savannah Blanket for each qualifying order placed on the Aranda website during the Initiative period.

5. **General**

*. Aranda reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this Initiative and these Terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

*. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

*. By participating in the Initiative, customers agree to release and hold Aranda and its affiliates harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Initiative or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any donation received as part of the Initiative.
